An ESG reporting (SaaS) and consulting company were looking to expand their business into the UK Market. As interim MD, Hakon established the UK business entity, built processes necessary for scaling and recruited 15 hires, including his own replacement. Hakon replaced himself in less than 18 months.

A global leader within corporate learning (SaaS) joined forces with Hakon to grow in the UK market. By combining an ambitious strategy and innovative tactics the company experienced strong growth, bringing on some of the most iconic brands in the world. Hakon held three different roles in 36 months.

Hakon co-founded a B2B SaaS company and helped steer the company through a number of changes. Most significant were a decision to pivot to pure SaaS and then to expand the business into the UK and US markets. The business was bootstrapped and due to the inherent high cost of sales a decision was made to sell the business.

Hakon has delivered talks on B2B SaaS scaling, Go-To-Market and the benefits of the seeking obsoletion. Recent engagements include Oslo Innovation Week, Grow London Global, Nordic Edge GTM Summit and the UT Project.

A B2B revenue enablement company were looking to grow their global sales team. Hakon helped establish processes for recruitment and development of staff and improve collaboration between Sales, Marketing and Product.

An oil & gas recruitment services firm operating in more than 20 countries worked with Hakon to prepare for ISO9001 certification and implementation. Hakon also held an interim Sales Manager role across three offices.
